THIS SOURCE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING EMISSION GUIDELINES: <br />a. Material Handling Activities -Visible emissions not to exceed 20 %, and no off-property transport of visible emissions. <br />b. Haul Roads - No off-property transport of visble emissions shall apply to on-site haul roads, and the nuisance guidelines <br />shall apply to off-site haul roads. <br />• c. Haul Trucks - No off-property transport of visible emissions, except that, when operating off the property of the owner <br />or operator, the applicable guidelines shall beoff-vehicle transport of visible emissions. <br />Coutrol Measures <br />1. Emissions from material handling (i.e., removal, loading, and hauling) shall be controlled by watering at all times unless <br />natural moisture is sufficient to control emissions. <br />2. Speed of haul trucks on site unpaved roads and disturbed surfaces shall be limited to 20 miles per hour. Such speed limits <br />shall be prominently posted, at several locations on the haul roads, to repeatedly remind dte operators of the existence of <br />such speed limit. ' <br />3. Unpaved haul roads shall be, watered and / or treated with chemicals to minimize fugitive emissions of particulate matter. <br />5.
