The site manager of Oakridge has been <br /> trained in the rnlning profession for more than 20 <br /> years and has substantial experience in operations, <br /> reclamation, and implementation of permit <br />' requirements. No further training is necessary to <br /> provide for trained personnel for the existing <br />' operations. <br /> f) Should there be any change in this plan, the <br /> necessary parts will be amended to reflect the <br /> changes in order to effect compliance with this <br />' section. <br /> g) An annual report shall be submitted to tl~e Agency <br />' to reflect the compliance with the SWMP and to <br /> reflect changes in the activity for the approved <br /> plan. <br />' <br /> h) The current activity for the Carbon Junction Mine <br /> is to remain idle until a market has been found for <br /> the coal to be mined. There is no plans for post <br />' mining reclamation or post mining activities at <br /> tYiis time. There is currently no plans to change <br />' the configuration of the roads or facilities at the <br />mine site. Should there be changes in the <br /> activity, the appropriate modifications will be <br /> made in the approved SWMP. All amended plans will <br /> be filed with the appropriate agencies. <br /> i) The appropriate pre mining controls were <br /> implemented during the construction of the sediment <br />' structures at the Carbon Junction Mine. The initial <br /> and current facilities were constructed in the <br />' early part of the mine development in the early <br />1980's. Since that time there has been no further <br /> activity that exists in the category of compliance <br /> with the SWMP. <br />1 <br /> i) There are no waste minimization and pollution <br /> prevention techniques that are to be included in <br />' tills SWMP. <br />' k) There are no materials stored or used at the mine <br />which should be included in the SWMP. The mine <br />does have and use normal diesel and hydraulic oil <br />which are common to a mining operation. None of <br />' these materials are stored in areas which are not <br />
