• 2.10 <br />2.10.3 Specific Information Requirements <br />(1)(a) The boundaries of lands and names of present owners of <br />record of those lands, both surface and subsurface, <br />included in or contiguous to the permit area are <br />presented on two maps. Surface ownership is presented on <br />Map 1. Subsurface ownership is presented on Map 2. Both <br />maps are contained in Volume II. <br />(1)(b) The boundaries of land within the proposed permit area <br />upon which the applicant has the legal right to enter and <br />begin surface or underground mining activities is <br />presented on the Subsurface Ownership Map No. 2. The <br />land designated as being owned by Bowie Resources Limited <br />is the land which the applicant has the legal right to <br />enter and begin surface or underground mining activities. <br />(1)(c) The boundaries of all areas proposed to be affected over <br />the estimated total life of the proposed underground <br />mining activities are presented on the Mine Plan Map No. <br />• 14 and the Surface Facilities Map Nos. 15-1 and Map 15-2. <br />(1)(d) The location of all buildings on and within 1,000 feet of <br />the proposed permit area, with identification of the <br />current use of the buildings is presented on the <br />Subsidence Map No. 27, Volume II. <br /> <br />(1)(e) The location of surface and subsurface manmade features <br />within, passing through, or passing over the proposed <br />permit area. The only known manmade feature within, <br />passing through, or passing over the proposed permit area <br />is a powerlines and telephone lines which are shown on <br />the Subsidence Map No. 27, Volume II. <br />(1)(f) Each public road located in, or within 100 feet of the <br />proposed permit area. Old State Highway 133 runs through <br />the southern portion of the permit area. Two county <br />roads known as 4365 Lane and S 50 Road are also within <br />the permit area.
