• 2.10 (1)(g) There are no boundaries of any National Natural Landmarks, Designated Natural Areas or public parks within the permit or adjacent areas. The King Mine site has two structures that may be eligible for listing. They are the power plant and the old mine hoist house. The town site of Bowie has four structures that may be eligible for listing. They are the mine office, Bowie house garage and two mine garages. The eligible structures are shown on maps in the Cultural Resources inventory Report presented in Volume III, Exhibit 2. One prehistoric site was identified within the permit area. It is identified as site SDT1050. This site is a small prehistoric open lithic scatter located on a pinyon-juniper wooded ridge spine at elevation 6080. The site overlooks a deeply cut drainage that contains the powder house for the old King Mine. The site was field evaluated as not eligible. The site is shown on maps in the Cultural Resources Inventory Report presented in Volume III, Exhibit 2. • (1)(h) There are no known private cemeteries or Indian burial grounds located in, or within 300 feet, of the proposed permit area. (1)(i) There are no known lands within the proposed permit area and adjacent area which are within the boundaries of any units of the National System of Trails or Wild and Scenic River System, including study rivers designated under Section (5)(a) of the Wild and Scenic River Act. (1)(j) The existing topography within the area to be affected during the estimated life of the operation and adjacent lands is shown on two maps. The existing topography of the facilities area is shown on the Premining Topography Map No. 17.
