Sbj: Deer Creek Quany, Permit # M-79-214, Technical Revision
Dear Gary:
In response to your letter of December 19, 1996 regarding our application for a Technical Revision on
the Deer Creek Quany, please find enclosed;
A revised topo map of the Deer Creek site.
The benches and highwalls identified to correspond with the Lachel
Associates report along with the elevation of the highwall/bench
3 indicated,
Location of drainage/sediment/siltation structures indicated,
Internal service and access roads identified and the paint where the
asphalt ends indirated,
The contour interval and the date of the aerial data collection have
been included on the map.
I have also contacted Lachel Associates to identify the highwall/bench numbering and have the letter of
December 12, 1996 revised to correct the height of the highwalls. Their previous heights were as I
reported to them off of the topo and I had miss numbered the benches.
I have incuded the revised letter along with a photo from some of their
preliminary worir that has the benches numbered so that it will be easier to
understand the sequence.
I trust that these additions and clarification's are in accordance with your request and we look forwarri to
your decision.
