Addendum 1 to Colorado Calumet Mining Co. Inc. Limited Impact Operations
Application (M-2006-034)
Operator: Joseph L. Doors
Italics are Mr. Chris Rowe's comments from the Adequacy Review letter received via e-
mail, 26 May 2006. My comments are in normal print.
Rule 6.3. I Fxhibit A -Legal Description and Location Map
The latitude and longitude areas in the affected area table may be missing some figures;
for example site A appeared to be located at 39.031958 by 105.31187222 and not
39.1958 by 105.187222. Please check the affected areas table and make corrections if
necessary.
The description should have said the GPS coordinates are given for the center of
discovery (the current disturbed area or tazget azea of each production site) and not the
center point of each production site. Many of the target azeas contain previous
disturbances (evident in attached photos) and these disturbed azeas or pegmatite outcrops
were from which GPS coordinates were taken.
I have corrected the below table to indicate the center of the marked disturbance area.
Due to some variance in GPS readings between site visits and an error in locating Site N,
I have resubmitted maps which more precisely show the disturbance azeas. I have field
checked, remarked as necessary and triple checked each of these sites. Nevertheless,
there is slight variance from day to day due to the GPS accuracy- By marking the center
of the disturbance area, each site is readily locatable with a standard GPS unit. Each
affected azea is further marked by survey stakes (minimum of 4, upwards of 20 for lazger
areas) which are currently flagged with survey tape. Additionally, mazker trees are
flagged to enable easier location of the disturbance azea stakes.
