I know we were able to discuss most of this during the site visit on 24 May. <br />I have tried my best to answer all your points. Please let me know if I have missed <br />anything. <br />I have re-accomplished and attached my Exhibit E maps to include the information you <br />have requested as well. <br />I will also submit this update to the Forest Service and to Teller County as part of the <br />changes to this mining permit. <br />Please consider this letter as a formal request to extend the decision past the 1 June 06 <br />suspense. The U.S. Forest Service is still considering the operations plan for this project <br />along with my two other operations plans.
