The results of gradation analyses aze presented in Appendix I-1 and <br />summarized in Tables 5 through 12 and Table 18. <br />Golder performed 1 CQA gradation of UF. The testing frequency (approximately one test per <br />406 cubic yards) exceeded the minimum specified testing frequency of one test per 5,000 cubic <br />yazds. The CQA gradation of OF met project specifications. The OF CQA gradation results aze <br />presented in Appendix I-1 and summarized in Table 5. <br />Golder performed 2 CQA gradations of the SSF.
