Seed must be distributed at the specified pounds per acre. <br />4. Unless specifically authorized by the USDA -FS, no surface use involving ground <br />' disturbing activities would be allowed in wetland, floodplain, or riparian areas. No drill <br />pads, staging areas, or storage areas would be allowed in these areas. <br />' S. The Licensee would be held responsible for all damage to fences, cattle guards, resource <br />improvements, roads, and other structures on NFS lands, which result from their <br />operations. The USDA -FS must be notified of damages as soon as possible. <br />' 6. Gates must be closed after entry unless otherwise specified. The Licensee would be <br />required to install cattle guards at the direction of the USDA -FS. <br />7. Operations must be coordinated with other authorized permittees to prevent conflicts. <br />8. Harassment of livestock and wildlife is prohibited. If stock is in the project area, extra <br />precautions must be taken by the operator and their contractors to ensure that stock are <br />not pushed out of the currently occupied grazing unit. <br />2 -9 <br />
