ImtusW-Soecifrc Numeric Limitations <br />Beginning October 1, 2002 and Listing through September 30, 2007, the ptxmitue is authorized to discharge from the process water <br />outfalls, under the industrial caugory below, as identified in their permit certifrcation. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Cotr>mission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Regulation62, 5 C.C.R. 1002-62 <br />and State Discharge Permit Sysum Regulations, Section 61.8 (2), 5 C.C.R. 1002-61, the permitted dischazge shall not contain <br />e]Iltrrnt parameter concentrations, which exceed the following limitations: <br />a.
