• E) Liens. Lessee shall from the commence- <br /> ment o_ the to rm of this Lease, provide and keep in force <br /> i) comurehensive general liability insurance issued in the <br /> names of both Lessor and Lessee and covering all operations <br /> on tt~e Leased Premises by Lessee, its contractors and sub- <br /> contractors, wl;i ch shall have minimum limits of liability of <br /> 5500,000 for any one person injured or killed, and 51,000,000 <br /> for all persons injured or killed in any one accident, and <br />"'•, 51,000,000 for property damage in any one accident; and <br />• ii) employer's liability and workman's compensation insur- <br /> ance in compliance with the laws of Colorado covering Lessee's <br /> employees and the employees of Lessee's contractors and sub- <br /> contractors engaged in operations on the Leased Premises. <br /> h) Indemnity. Lessee agrees to indemnify and <br /> save Lessor harmless from and against any loss, liability, <br /> expense, damage, claim, debt, demand or obligation which may <br /> be made against Lessor or against Lessor's title to the <br /> Leased Premises arising by reason of or in connection with <br /> any alleyed act or omission of Lessee or any person claiming <br /> under, by or tllr ough Lessee. further, Lessor shall not he <br /> liable for any personal injury to Lessee or to its officers, <br /> agents, or employees, or to any other occupant of any part <br /> of the Leased Premises, or for any damage eo any property of <br /> Lessee or of any other occupant of any part of [he Leased <br /> Premises, without regard to how such injury or damage mey <br /> -q- <br />
