phases of the operation:
As stated above. the Phase 1 area is expected to have a life
of at ]east 20 years and the balance of the depo;.it will last
at least until the middle of the neat oenturv. It is obvious
that the mining period for this clay body makes these e_.ti-
mates .just that. The operator cannot project bu~;iness demand
for this period. As stated in (el: "An operator shall not be
required to meet specific dates for initiation or completion
of a mining phase as may be identified in tYie timetable."

Mining will proceed as described earlier. 40-60 wide.

The clay deposit ranges in depth from 10-: 0'. Overburden var-
ies from 2-10' depending on SCS reports and old core drill
tests. 2-2 1/2' is being used as the average fur this report.
