<br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Recommended County Stipulations: <br />All temporary overburden and topsoil stockpiles shall be placed to a maximum of 20 foot <br />height and 100 foot width with 100 foot gaps between the 300 foot long piles. In addition, <br />the ptles should be placed parallel to the overbank flow direction, which many times is not <br />parallel to the river channel. hr addition, the piles need to be placed as far away from the 0 <br />channel as possible, rather than between the river and the pit. <br />2. In the event that the applicant desires to construct [he slurry wall within the Public Service <br />Company right-of--way, Adams County will require written approval from Public Service <br />Company prior to construction. <br />3. Pursuant to Section 11.340 of the Adams County Zoning Regulations, all operation and <br />rehabilitation standards shall 6e adhered to with the mining and reclamation plans. The <br />current mining and operations plan, if approved and made a part of the record, will meet <br />all of these requirements. <br />4. All fuel storage at this site shall be provided with secondary containment, which complies <br />with State of Colorado Oil Inspection Section Regulations. <br />~. All fluid spills such as hydraulic and oil from maintenance equipment, shall be removed and <br />disposed of at a facility permitted for such disposal. <br />6. All haul trucks shall cover their loads pursuant to C.R.S. 42-4-1407. <br />7. The Conditional Use Permit shall only apply to CAMAS Colorado, Inc., or its corporate <br />successors and shall not be transferable to any other party except by amendment to the <br />Conditional Use Permit. <br />8. Arty and all noxious weeds should be located and eradicated prior to earth moving activities <br />pursuant to the recommendations of the Colorado Division of Wildlife. <br />9. If mining activities occur within 400 feet of the river, a plan for additional plantings of <br />cottonwood rnrd willow trees shall be prepared by the applicant and approved by the <br />Department of Parks and Community Resources. <br />' 10. Maintenance of extstirrg public streets will be addressed with the completion of the <br />agreement(s) with Adams County and/or CDOT for proportionate payment of construction, <br />repair and maintenance of East 100' Avenue and/or Brighton Road (Also see Condition <br />Precedent # 14). <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />
