The applicant believes the proposed post mining land uses
will be compatible with State of Colorado, E1 Paso County, and City
of Colorado Springs land use plans and programs.
Alternate vegetation plans can be created by altering the
mixture of recommended seedings but the terrain limits the types of
practicable vegetation plans available to those similar to the
applicant's proposed plan.
