The choices of the applicant for reclama- <br />tion were made in consultation witiz the lando~•;rers (if not the same <br />as the applicant) where possible. The choices are set forth on the <br />Reclamation Plan .viap. <br />The Reclamation Plan set forth on Exhibit F describes the <br />type of reclamation the applicant proposes to achieve in the tracts <br />and the acreage of the tracts. The prorosed reclamation plan con- <br />siders the reclamation performance standards of Pule 6 anc; is intended <br />to achieve the standards to the end that the final topography is <br />appropriate to tiie final land use selected. <br />The Reclamation Plan timetables (Exhibit Ef) and reclamation <br />costs (Exhibit L) give further information as to the stages and <br />feasibility of the reclamation. <br />The map, Exhibit F, describes the revegetation, seeding, <br />final grading, fertilization, and topsoiling.
