Preventive Maintenance <br />Inspections of the stormwater controls will be conducted on regular basis <br />which is anticipated to be two times per year, or as need d in response <br />to major storm events. Preventative maintenance will be completed on <br />an as needed basis. <br />d. Good Housekeeping <br />The following are some of the good housekeeping practices tare adhered <br />to in order to minimize the potential for stormwater cont urination. <br />• Garbage and waste materials are picked up and dispose of regularly. <br />• Spills of oil and petroleum based products are cleaned p in a timely <br />manner using proper clean-up procedures. <br />e. Spill Prevention and Response Procedures <br />In the event of a spill of significant quantities of material which could <br />affect stormwater runoff from this site the SWMP admini trator will be <br />notified first. The administrator will determine cleanup p ocedures and <br />cause clean up to occur. <br />
