SWMP Administrator <br />The SWMP Administrator for this site is Dave Diss, the <br />Technician for Cotter Corporation's Western Slope Offic <br />b. Risk Identification and Assessment <br />Site risks include the following: <br />Waste Storage Area -The mine waste storage area has <br />to allow the release of waste material into the stormwa <br />Access Road -There is the potential for stormwater runoff <br />road. <br />Fueling Area -Due to the existing BMPs there is mini <br />runoff from this area to get into the stormwater runoff. <br />iited potential <br />discharge. <br />the access <br />potential for <br />c. Preventive Maintenance <br />Inspections of the stormwater controls will be conducted on regular basis <br />which is anticipated to be two times per year, or as need d in response <br />to major storm events. Preventative maintenance will be completed on <br />an as needed basis. <br />d. Good Housekeeping <br />The following are some of the good housekeeping practices tare adhered <br />to in order to minimize the potential for stormwater cont urination. <br />• Garbage and waste materials are picked up and dispose of regularly. <br />• Spills of oil and petroleum based products are cleaned p in a timely <br />manner using proper clean-up procedures. <br />e. Spill Prevention and Response Procedures <br />In the event of a spill of significant quantities of material which could <br />affect stormwater runoff from this site the SWMP admini trator will be <br />notified first. The administrator will determine cleanup p ocedures and <br />cause clean up to occur. <br />
