Theoretical detention time of mixing <br />E. Type and dimensions of sediment pond <br />F. Baffie locations <br />G. Theoretical detention time of pond <br />H. Method of sludge removal <br />I. Method and location of sludge disposal <br />J. Discharge location/name of receiving stream <br />K. Backup calculations and drawings <br />L. Expected range in temperature of wastewater <br />M. Design and dosage of aeration facility if used <br />N. Design of filtration system and filter media if applicable <br />II. Coagulant Information <br />A. Type of coagulant <br />1. electrolyte <br />2: polyelectrolyte <br />3. hydrolized metal ion <br />4. cationic or anionic <br />5, physiochemistry of the flocculation~nechanism <br />6. solid or liquid <br />B. Brand name and manufacturer/supplier <br />C. Chemical or generic formula <br />D. Application rate/dosage <br />E. Use of any coagulant aids <br />F. Lab results of Jar tests <br />
