If water quality analysis results indicate a possible <br />permit violation, the Colorado Department of Health and <br />CMLRD will be notified immediately. In addition, both <br />agencies will be provided with copies of the suspect <br />analysis results and a report discussing any necessary <br />mitigation. <br />3. These wells have been intercepted by <br />underground mining activities and eliminated from the monitoring network. <br />• B. Sampling Freauencv and Procedure <br />1. Water level measurements will be taken quarterly at each <br />monitoring well. <br />2. Water quality samples will be collected and analyzed semi- <br />annually.' <br />
