RECLAMATION PLAN -Exhibit "E" Part II (Continued) <br />STAGE TWELVE <br />1. Ten acres are to be reclaimed as one stage in Stage Twelve. <br />2. Two acres will be reclaimed per year, thus lasting five years. <br />3. The Operator will start reclamation on the Western boundary and proceed to the <br />Eastern boundary of Stage Twelve. <br />4. Stage Twelve will be reclaimed in the same method as Stage One (Pages <br />"E-4" and "E-5", Paragraph "9"). <br />5. The Northern boundary will be bermed to a (3:1) three to one slope as indicated <br />on the reclamation plan map (Page "F-1"). <br />6. Refer to Reclamation Stage Table (Page'E-19') for more details and overall picture. <br />7. The reclamation plan stages will be marked with yellow markers along the <br />reclamation Stage Twelve boundaries for easier interpretation so that the Contractor <br />will have no difficulty in staying within the reclamation Stage Twelve boundary. <br />8. All access roads in the affected area will be reclaimed according to the reclamation <br />plan guidelines. <br />"E-17" <br />
