~i <br /> <br />RECLAMATION PLAN -Exhibit "E" Part II (Continued) <br />STAGE THIRTEEN <br />1. Seven acres are to be reclaimed as one stage in Stage Thirteen. <br />2. Two acres will be reclaimed per year, thus lasting 3 1/2 years. <br />3. The Operator will start reclamation oa the Western boundary and finish on <br />the Eastern boundary of Stage Thirteen. <br />4. Stage Thirteen will be reclaimed in the same method as Stage One (Pages <br />"E-4" a.nd "E-5", Paragraph "9")• <br />5. The Northern boundary along the road will be reclaimed to a (3:1) three to one <br />slope; the Southern and Eas`.ern boundaries will be reclaimed to a {3:1) three to <br />one slope as indicated in the reclamation plan map (Page "F-1"). <br />6. Refer to Reclamation Stage Table (Page E-199 for more details and overall picture. <br />7. The reclamation plan stages will be marked with yellow markers along the <br />reclamation Stage Thirteen boundaries for easier interpretation so that the Contracto <br />will have no difficulty in s`.aying within the reclamation Stage Twelve boundary. <br />8. All access roads in the affected area will be reclaimed according to the reclama- <br />tion plat guidelines. <br />"E-18.. <br />
