n <br />u <br />~i <br />RECLAMATION PLAN -Exhibit "E" Part II (Continued) <br />STAGE ELEVEN <br />1. Ten acres are to be reclaimed a3 one stage in Stage Eleven. <br />2. Two acres will be reclaimed per year, thus lasting five years. <br />3. The Operator will start reclamation on the Southern boundary of Stage Eleven <br />and proceed to the Northern and Eastern boundaries of Stage Eleven. <br />4. Stage Eleven will be reclaimed in the same method as Stage One (Pages <br />"E-4" and "E-5", Paragraph "9'). <br />5. The Western and Northern boundaries along the road will be bermed to a (3:1) <br />three to one slope as indicated on reclamation plan map (Page "F-1"). <br />6. Refer to Reclama`.ion Stage Table (Page'E-19') for more details and overall picture. <br />7. The reclarra tion plan stages will be marked with yellow .markers along the <br />reclamation Stage Eleven boundaries for easier interpretation so that the Contractor <br />will have no difficulty in staying within the reclamation Stage Eleven boundary. <br />8. All access roads in the affecte3 area will be reclaime3 according to the reclamation <br />p1.a.n guidelines. <br />"E-16" <br />
