RECLAMATION PLAN -Exhibit "E" Part II (Continued) <br />STAGE TEN <br />1. Five acres are to be reclaime3 as one stage in Stage Ten. <br />2. Two acres will be reclaimed per year, thus lasting 2 1/2 years. <br />3. The Operator will start reclamation on the Western boundary of Stage Ten and <br />proceed to the Eastern boundary of Stage Ten. <br />4. Stage Ten will be reclaimed in the same method as Stage One (Pages <br />"E-4" and "E-5", Paragraph "9"). <br />5. The Southern and Eastern boundaries will be reclaimed to a (3:1) three to one <br />slope as indicated oa the reclamation plan maF (Page "F~l".). <br />6. Refer to Reclamation Stage Table (Page `E-19') for more details and overall picture. <br />7. The reclamation plan stages will be marked with yellow markers along the <br />reclamation Stage Ten boundaries for easier interpretation so that the Contractor <br />will have no difficulty in staying within the reclamation Stage Ten boundary, <br />8. All access roads in the affected area will be reclaimed according to the reclamation <br />plan guidelines. <br />"E-15" <br />
