<br />RECLAMATION PLAN -Exhibit "E" Part II (Gontinuedl <br />STAGE NINE <br />1. Ten acres are to be reclaimed as one stage in Stage Nine. <br />2. Two acres will be reclaimed per year, thus lasting five years. <br />3. The Operator will start reclamation on the Southern boundary of Stage Nine and <br />proceed to the Northern boundary of Stage Nine. <br />4. Stage Nine will be reclaimed in the same method as Stage One (Pages <br />"E-4" and "E-5", Paragraph "9''). <br />5. The boandary along the road will be bermed .o a (3:1) three to one slope and the <br />Southeastern 1/4 boundary will be reclaimed to a (3:1) three to oae slope as <br />indicated on the reclamatiou plan map (Page "F-1"). <br />6. Refer to Reclamation Stage Table (Page'E19') for more d?tails and overall picture. <br />7. The reclarrs lion plan stages will be marked with yellow markers along the <br />reclamation Stage Nine boandaries for easier interpretation so that the Contractor <br />will have no difficulty in staying within the reclamation Stage Nine boundary. <br />8. All access roads in the affected area will be reclaimed according to the reclamation <br />plan guidelines. <br />"E-14" <br />
