<br />RECLAMATION PLAN -Exhibit "E" Part II (Continued) <br />STAGE EIGHT <br />1. Ten acres to be reclaimed as one stage in Stage Eight. <br />2. Two ar_res will be reclaimed per year, thus lasting five years. <br />3. The Operator will start reclamation on the Southern side of Stage Eight and <br />proceed to the Northern side of Stage Eight. <br />4. Stage Eight will be reclaimed in the same method as Stage One (Pages <br />"E-4" and "E-5", Paragraph "9"), <br />5. The boundary along the road will be bermed to a (3:1) three to one slope and the <br />Ea:;t side will be reclaimed to a (3:1) three to one slop.: as indicated on the <br />reclamation p?an map (Page "F-1"). <br />6. Refer to Reclamation Stage Table (Page'E-19') for more details and overall picture. <br />7. The reclamation plan stages will be marked with yellow .markers along the <br />reclamation Stage Eight boundaries for easier interpreta`.ion so that the Contractor <br />will have no difficulty in staying within the reclamation Stage Eight boundary. <br />8. All access roa3; in the affected area will be reclaimed according to the reclamation <br />p?.an guidelines. <br />"E-13" <br />
