RECLAMATION PLAN -Exhibit "E" Part II (Continued) <br />STAGE SEVEN <br />1. Ten acres to be reclaimed as one stage in Stage Seven. <br />2. Two acres will be reclaimed per year, thus lasting five years. <br />3. The Opera`..or will start reclamation on the Southern side of Stage Seven and <br />proceed to the Northern side of Stage Seven. <br />4. Stage Seven will be reclaimed in the same method as Stage One (Pages <br />"E-4" and E-5", Paragraph "9"). <br />5. The boundary along the road •avi.ll be bermed to a (3:1) three to one slope and <br />the side located in the No=theas± 1/4 will be reclaimed to a (3:1) three to one <br />slope as indicate3 .in the reclamation plan map (Page "F-1"). <br />6. Refer to Reclamation Stage Table (Page 'E-1q) for more derails and overall picture. <br />7. The reclamation plan stages will be marke3 with yellow:narkers along the <br />reclamation Stage Seven boundaries for easier interpretation so that the Contractor <br />will have no difficulty szying within the reclamation Stage Seven boundary. <br />8. All access roads in the affected area will be reclaimed according to the <br />reclamation plan guidelines. <br />"E-12.. <br />
