<br />RECLAMATION PLAN -Exhibit "E" Part II (Continued) <br />STAGE FIVE <br />1. Eleven acres are to be reclaimed as one stage in Stage Five. <br />2. Two acres are to be reclaimed per year, thus taking 5 1/2 years for reclamation. <br />3. The Operator will s*.art reclamation on the Eastern boundary of Stage Five and <br />proceed to the Western boundary, ending on the Northern boundary of Stage Five. <br />4. Stage Five will be reclaimed in the same method as Stage One (Pages <br />"E-4" and "E-5", Paragraph "9')• <br />5. The boundary along the road on the West side will be reclaimed to a (3:1) three to <br />one slope as shown on the reclamation map (Page "F-1"). <br />6. Refer to Reclamation Stage Table (Page' E-19') for more details and overall picture. <br />7. All access roads in the affected area will be reclaimed according to the reclamation <br />plan guidelines. <br />$. The reclamation plan stages will be marked with yellow markers along the <br />reclamation Stage Five boundaries for easier interpretation so cha` the Contractor <br />will have no difficulty in staying within the reclamation Stage Five boundary. <br />"E-10" <br />
