RECLAMATION PLAN -Exhibit "E" Part II (Continued) <br />STAGE FOUR <br />1. The stripping stockpile located in the Stage Four area will be removed and used as <br />fill for the old mined out area found in the existing pit and planted with aquick-cover <br />crop o: Russian Wild Rye (5 lbs. /acre) and Western Wheatgrass (5 lbs. /acre) in <br />the fall of 1935, to protect the area until it is mined or landowner will farm the area <br />until mining occurs (Page "D-16"). <br />2. Twelve acres are to be reclaimed in Stage Four. <br />3. Two acres are to be reclaimed per year, this stage thus lasting for six years. <br />4. The Operator will start reclamation oa the South boundary and proceed to the <br />North boundary o: Stage Four. <br />5. Stage Four will be reclaimed in the same method as Stage One (Pages <br />"E-4" and"E-5", Paragraph "9'). <br />b. A pit wall, reclaimed to a (3'1) three to one slope will be located in the Northeast 1/4 <br />Nu-theast 1/4 Northeast 1/4 of Stage Four as indicated on the reclamation map <br />(page "F-1"). <br />7. The reclamationi plan stages will be marked with yellow markers along the <br />reclamation Stage Four boundaries for easier interpretation so that the Contractor <br />will ha ve no difficulty in staying within the reclamation Stage Four boundary. <br />8. Refer to Reclamation Stage Table (Page'E-l9') for more details and overall picture. <br />9. All access roads in the affected area will be reclaimed a:co_ding to the reclamation <br />plan guidelines. <br />"E-9" <br />
