RECLAMATION PLAN -Exhibit "E" Part II <br />The following is a descrip*_ion of the method of reclamation for each stage of <br />reclamation. <br />STAGE ONE <br />1. First, A & S Construction Company will reclaim the existing pit, which is mined <br />out (3 acres) per the Reclamation Plan during the fall of 1985. <br />2. ~r ~ remove existing stockpiles and reclaim to quick-cower crop of Russian <br />Wild Rye (5 lbs. /acre) and Western Wheatgrass (5 lbs. /acre) in the fall o: 1985, <br />for area protection until mined, or farmed by landowner until mining begins ~'age'D-l6'~ <br />3, Next, remove strippings and reclaim the area with a rapid growth type of plant <br />cover of Russian Wild Rye (5 lbs. /acre) and Western Wheat grass (5 lbs. /acre) <br />in the fall of 1985 for area paobciim Lahl xrm~ed, or fam~ad bf }azxiowirs tahl nmmg 6egas (Page"D-]6' ~, <br />4. Ten acres are in stage one to be reclaimed. <br />5. After reclamation of the original three acres, reclamation will be handled on a <br />two acre per year basis. <br />6. The Operator will start reclamation in the old pit in the Southwest 1/4 of Stage <br />One and proceed to the Northeast 1/4 of Stage One and end in the SE 1/4 of Stage <br />One as shown on the reclamation map. (Page "F-1"). <br />7. The North boundary wad East boundary of Stage One will be reclaimed to a(3:1) <br />slope (Page "F-1"). <br />8. The length of time for this stage is five years. <br />9. Stage One will be reclaimed in the following manner: <br />a.
