MINING PLAN -Exhibit "D" (Continued) <br />STAGE #3 <br />1. Access roads and crusher are progressively moved along closely behind <br />mining operation as required. <br />2. Stage Three consists of 4 acres which will be mined in increments of 2 acres <br />per year, thus lasting for Z years. <br />3. Operations will start on the South boundary and proceed to the North boundary <br />of stage three as shown on the map (Page "C-1"). <br />4. Sand and gravel will be extracted in the same manner as indicated in Stage One. <br />(Pages D-2 and D-3, Paragraph 4), except that stockpiles will be located in the <br />Southeastl/4. <br />5. No water impoundments are located at the site, and the water will be drained <br />naturally to the Southwest. Topography of the affected area will be a gentle <br />three to one (3:1) slope or less, so that very little erosion will occur. <br />6. Mining Plan stages will be marked with red markers along the mining stage <br />boundary so that the contractor will have no difficulty staying within the <br />mining stage ~r~undary. <br />7. Refer to Mining Stage Timstable (Page "D-]y'of Mining Plan) for overall picture. <br />8. All access roads are included in the affected area. <br />"D-5" <br />
