Yid-Term Review - Bonding: File No. C-81-014 <br />Dear Yi. Pries: <br />We are in receipt of your mid-term permit review document o! <br />Colorado Permit Number C-81-014 for the Southfield Yine. We have <br />reviewed the document and its attachments and are currently <br />preparing our responses to all o! the concerns azpreseed is that <br />document with particular emphasis oa the two violations which <br />resulted. <br />Our review o! Section III. Bonding, resulted in questions <br />regarding how the reclamation bond was calculated and ita <br />adequacy determined. We are not familiar with the 'YORD Bond <br />Calculation Manual" gad the resulting calculations which were <br />performed in the review process. To more fully understand the <br />Pined Land Reclamation Division's calculation methodology, as <br />apparently outlined in the •YORD Bond Calculation Ysnual•, gad <br />how it applies to the bond for the Southfield Yiaa we are hereby <br />requesting that you send us copies o! the above referenced manual <br />and associated calculations which were performed in your <br />Southfield Yins bond review. <br />As mentioned above ws are currently preparing our responses <br />to the other concerns outlined in the mid-term review document <br />and will be submitting information in the very near future.
