The concern is with respect to <br />certain revisions within Section I only, all of which are required <br />for submittal by February 27, 1987• <br />• In Section I there are four items which, due to the magnitude of <br />work necessary to prepare a thorough response, cannot be submitted <br />by February 27th. These items are revisions to the Reclamation <br />Plan, Hydrology (items 1 and 2), and Subsidence (item 2). Re- <br />sponses to all other items in Section I can be submitted by <br />February 27th with a suppliment containing responses to the four <br />items above submitted on April 15, 1987. <br />We are presently working to abate the two violations resulting <br />from the mid-term review, the results of which will be soon forth- <br />coming. The items in Section IV involving permit re-organization <br />will be given careful consideration and accomplished in due time. <br />Please let me know if you have any concerns regarding the revision <br />of the submittal time table.
