Stake & flag clearing & excavation limits for the pit & access road(s). <br />2. Clear, crub, do dispose of trees & other vegetation within the pit boundcries. <br />3. Notify the public of crushing & hauling activities. <br />Grand County shall: <br />1. Provide signing to warn forest users of crushing & hauling activity. <br />2. Construct access roads as shown on the drawings & staked in the field. <br />3. Carefully strip & stockpile topsoil for use in pit rehabilitation. <br />4. Excavate & shape- pit as shown in the drawings &' staked' in the field. No <br />equipment shall be operated outside the established clearing limits. <br />5. Provide dust control along FDR 138 during periods of haul. <br />6. Limit crushing & hauling activities to Monday through Friday. <br />7. If a previously unidentified archaeological or historic site is encountered, <br />immediately discontinue work & notify ffie Forest Service. <br />The Forest Service k Grand County shall ioinfly: <br />7.
