EXHIBIT H
WILDLIFE STATEMENT.
The information on the following pages were received in
response to our request for a Wildlife Statement from the Divi-
sion of Wildlife. We wish to thank Mr. Jerry Classen for his
help and cooperation in preparing the following information. We
will look forward to working with the Division of Wildlife as
they review our final plans.
Mr. Classen's report notes concerns about winter activities,
noise & Dust and Trespass on adjoining lands. The following text
addresses those concerns.
i) Operations Season: Operations during winter will be limited
in nature, with usually only loadout of stockpiled materials
taking place.
2) Noise & Dust: All necessary Air Pollution Permits will be
obtained for the mine and processing equipment. Water will
be used to control dust generation on the roads in the mine
and on spray bars on the equipment. State noise standards
will be complied with.
3) Trespass: No access will be given to state land thru this
property. We will cooperate with DOW when their fencing
project is taking place.
21
