This information
will be submitted to the Division within
fifteen days following receipt of the analyses
of the samples .taken during the fifth
calendaz quarter of the sampling program.
Condition 10: Permit conditions and
Point(s) of Compliance for the Landfill Pit,
when approved by the Division, will be
applicable at the time of groundwater
sampling during the sixth and all subsequent
calendaz quarters.
Work Plan: Following Division approval of
the proposed technical revisions to permit
condition, Point(s) of Compliance well
sampling will resume. Sampling will resume
during the sixth quarter and all subsequent
calendaz quarters.
Condition 11: The County will employ a
competent individual to conduct the
groundwater sampling at the monitoring
wells. Evidence of the capability of the
selected individual to properly collect,
provide measurements of, protect and
transport the samples for analysis will be
provided to the Division by February 16,
1996.
Work Plan: Greystone's qualifications are
discussed in Section lv. Detailed in
Appendix I aze Greystone's standazd
operating procedures for groundwater
sampling. Discussed in depth aze:
procedures for measuring depth to water, and
collection and transport of samples. This
information will be provided to the Division
by February 16, 1996.
Condition 12: The County will commit to
taking and recording onsite measurements of
Ec, pH and temperature of a(l groundwater
samples at the time of sampling as well as of
the depth of the groundwater levels in the
respective monitoring wells. This
information will be provided to the Division
within 30 days after the quarterly sampling
is completed.
Work Plan: Greystone is proposing to
measure and record depth to water, Ec, pH,
and temperature at the time of sampling.
This information will be compiled in a
quarterly report and submitted to the County
and the Division within 30 days after the
quarterly sampling is completed.
Condition 13: The County will provide a
description of the manner in which the
individual selected to sample the
groundwater in the four monitoring wells
will conduct that sampling, will make the
required measurements of sample
chazacteristics and water depths, will prevent
contamination of the samples and will
preserve and transport these samples for
analysis. This information will be provided
to the Division by February 16, 1996.
Work Plan: Information for the County to
make a sound and informed decision to
support selecting Greystone has been
provided throughout this proposal. All
conditions set forth by the Division will be
satisfied by Greystone. This information has
been discussed above. Included in
Appendix I aze Greystone's standard
operating procedures for recording depth to
water, prevention of contamination, sample
preservation and transport. A copy of the
standazd operating procedures will be
provided to the Division by February 16,
1996.
Cos~illall-96
2~
