Prevent subjecting residential use to undue noise, dust, fumes, et.al. <br />No conflict. <br />FINDINGS: <br />--This application is to extend a permitted temporary use of a gravel pit. <br />--There are no substantial conflicts with County land use policies or design <br />guidelines. <br />--Because of the proximity of this project to a state highway, it is highly <br />visible; the Commission finds that reclamation of the disturbed areas is beneficial to <br />
