The extension, enlargement or remodeling of an existing <br />non-residential structure which involves the addition of <br />less than 500 square feet of usable floor space. <br />c. The construction or any building or structure approved <br />under the provisions of a land use change permit. <br />d. The continuation, without enlargement as to area or <br />scope of the operation, of any mining operation law- <br />I Hilly operating at any time during the 12 months <br />immediately preceding the adoption of this resolution <br />on May 16, 19'7. <br />2.. Minor Impact. Refers. to a proposed development or land use <br />change which involves: , <br />a. Amulti-family residential building of six living units <br />or less or <br />b. The division of land into two parcels, lots, tracts, <br />spaces, or interests; either one of which is less than <br />thirty five acres whether intended for eventual sale or <br />not, or <br />c. A business, commercial, or industrial use, building or <br />structure with less than three thousand square feet of <br />floor space or not more than.one acre of land in actual <br />business, commercial or industrial use; and <br />d. Minor demand for additional public services or govern-, <br />mental funds, and . <br />e. Minor impact upon adjoining land or land uses <br />f. Compliance with the policies contained in Section 3-1 of <br />this resolution <br />g. Any sand, gravel, or quarry aggregate operation operated <br />for the sole purpose of obtaining materials for highway <br />or road construction under a contract with any local, <br />state or federal government or agency thereof, which <br />operation will last for less than two years. Any mining <br />operation which will operate not more than 180 days dur- <br />ing any 12 month period, will produce less than 10 thous- <br />and tons of ore and waste materials per year and affects <br />two acres of land or less. <br />3. Moderate Impact. Refers to a proposed development or lan d <br />use change which involves: <br />a. At least two but not more than fourteen single-family <br />residences; or <br />b. A multi-family residential building containing more than <br />six but not more than fourteen living units; or <br />-9- <br />
