Compliance with the policies contained in Section~3-1_ .,. <br />of this resolution. ` ' <br />4'. Ma:ior Impact. Refers to a proposed development or land use <br />change which involves one or more of the following: <br />a. Fifteen or more living units, whether single-family re- <br />sidences, units within a multi-family residential de- <br />velopment or any combination thereof. <br />b. The division of land into fifteen or more lots, tracts, <br />parcels, interests or spaces whether intended for <br />eventual sale or not. <br />c. A business, commercial or industrial use with ten thous- <br />and square feet of floor space or more or which involves <br />.three acres or more of land devoted to actual use. <br />d. A conflict with the policies contained in Section 3-1 <br />of this resolution. <br />e. A precedent for future land use which is significantly ~ <br />different from the existing land use in the area of <br />development. <br />f. A major demand for additional public. services or gov- <br />ernmental funds. <br />g. A major impact upon adjoining land or land uses. <br />•'..i„. <br />h.
