Modern production equipment can <br />produce "clean" gravel and chips without washing and is tlce preferred <br />method. ' <br />C. Weigh scales, ingress and egress roads, gates, toilets, and other <br />facilities will be shoxn on the llining Plan Ilap and will clot impact <br />immediate excavation areas adversely. <br />D.
