Reclamation of the mined azeas aze to take place in conjunction with the
mining operation it self, see Mining Plan. The perimeter of each area is to be mined to a depth of l0 feet at
a slope of 3:1. During this mining process the topsoil from these areas is to be stored and saved. Upon
completing the perimeter mining the topsoil is to be back filled around the mined area. Vegetation is to be
planted with in this disturbed area. This is to take place as ongoing mining operations continue with in the
center of the azea. The vegetation is to consist of native grasses, willows, and trees. See map Exhibit - F
for details.
Upon full reclamation of the entire mined azea, the area will consist of two lakes. One of 3.25 acres in size,
and one of 36.75 acres in size. The depth of each lake is determined by the 3:1 and 2: l slope requirements,
and the amount of usable gravel materials found in the mind azeas.
