<br />EXHIBIT -G <br />WATER INFORMATION <br /> <br />Seahorse Ranch West Gravel Pit. This mining operation will not dvectly effect surface nor groundwater <br />systems with in the mined area nor the adjoining properties. See map, Exhibit - C for location of Griffin <br />Number I Irrigation Ditch. This ditch is to be relocated to the south boundaries of the mined area. <br />Documents of ownership of this ditch aze attached. <br />Water run off from stock piled materials and surface operating azeas will be directly in to the mined areas. <br />Dewatering of the mined areas will take place as requved. Discharge of the water from the dewatering <br />operation will be on to Gately Living Trust DBA: Seahorse Ranch haymeadows, and/or in to irrigating <br />ditches adjoining these haymeadows. <br />The mining operation calls for processing materials with in a Wash Plant. The water requirement for the <br />plant is as follows. <br />I. The wash plant operating at full capacity processes 40 tons of materials per hour. <br />8% of this processed material is water, i.e. 772 gallons of water per hour is consumed. <br />2. The wash plant operates between 1200 hours and 1400 hours per year. Maximum <br />consumption of water annually is 1,080,000 gallons. <br />3. Water to operate the wash plant is drawn from a silt pond contained with area "A" of the <br />mined loption. Water is drawn from the silt pond and any unused water is discharge back in <br />to the silt pond All water for this operation is recycled in to and out of the silt pond No <br />other discharge of water exists. <br />
