The Office shall act on a Technical <br />Revision application within thirty 1301 days of filing. Four settling ponds <br />will be constructed for aggregate washing after crushing. <br />They will be used 2 at a time, with 1 for fresh water and the <br />other for a settling pond. While 2 are being used, the other <br />2 will be cleaned of sediment. Ponds will be constructed <br />50'x50' and 4' deep. There will be no discharges, only <br />recirculation. <br />Water will be supplied from the hydropower conduit line that <br />lies near the west perimeter of the permit area. The appli- <br />cant has a tap off this line allowing for such use. With no <br />discharge off-site, there will be no effects on water rights <br />or hydrology of the area. <br />
