Gentlemen:
Rule 1.9 Permit Technical Revisions, 1.9.1 Filing and
Review Process states:
"An application for Technical Revision shall be filed in
writing with the Office. The Office shall act on a Technical
Revision application within thirty 1301 days of filing. A
Technical Revision shall be considered automatically approved
within thirty (30) days after filing unless the application
is denied".

The purpose of this Technical Revision is to provide for use
of a concrete batch plant and possibly a portable asphalt
plant on occasion, as business dictates. Four settling ponds
will be constructed for aggregate washing after crushing.
They will be used 2 at a time, with 1 for fresh water and the
other for a settling pond. While 2 are being used, the other
2 will be cleaned of sediment. Ponds will be constructed
50'x50' and 4' deep. There will be no discharges, only
recirculation.
Water will be supplied from the hydropower conduit line that
lies near the west perimeter of the permit area. The appli-
cant has a tap off this line allowing for such use. With no
discharge off-site, there will be no effects on water rights
or hydrology of the area.
