I have no adequacy concerns; however, the Division will require an additional <br />fmancial warranty of $1,500 to account for reclamation of the settling ponds. The revision <br />proposes the use of a portable concrete and asphalt batch plant and installation of four (4) small <br />settling ponds. The ponds will be designed for zero discharge. <br />The Division will approve the operator's repuest by April 8, 1996, if the operator is willing to <br />supply an additional fmancial warranty of $1,500 within 60 days of the approval date.
