Long <br />Division Director <br />On March 29, 1996 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the technical <br />revision application submitted to the Division on March 7, 1996, addressing <br />the change in the mine plan for addition of the batch plant. The required <br />increase in the reclamation bond, due within 60 days, is $1500.00. The terms <br />of the TR No. 001 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-94-113. All other Conditions and requirements of Permit No. h1-94-113 <br />remain in full force and effect.
