1
Division of Minerals and Geology
March 6, 1996
Page 2
There will be no permanent structure installed on site, such
as permanent concrete bin walls or floors or ponds. The con-
crete plant will be technically a portable plant set up and
winterized for use during the term of any lease, or the life
of the deposit. Any hot mix plant brought in for road work
will definitely be a portable plant. Again, there will be no
hydrologic impacts from this operation. The area of use of
this T.R. will be returned to its original state when mate-
rial is depleted, or before. Having these plants on site
will eliminate extra truck traffic on Colorado Highway 145.
Please contact me if there are any questions.
Cordially,
Lloyd V. "Buck" Barnhart
Consultant
Pathfinder Development, Inc.
LVB/gb
cc: Southway
n
1 `~
~1
it
b
