PCC hereby requests Minor Revision /f3 to Permit <br />No. C-005-BO to allow the planned construction to take place. Attached please find five <br />(5) copies of material supporting this requested revision. <br />A brief description of each of the proposed modifications follows. See Figure I (attach- <br />ed)for location of the proposed modifications. <br />I. (D) Purchase and place a 48' x 60' modular office building apart from the <br />warehousing and repair areas. A small parking area around the office <br />will also be constructed. The parking area will either be paved or gravel <br />surfaced. This building will tap the existing water distribution line. <br />Septic disposal will be accomplished by construction of a conventional <br />septic tank/leach field system in accordance with Routt County Health <br />Department design standards. <br />PCC requests a smgll area variance on treatment of surface water runoff from this <br />proposed office area. It would be virtually impossible to treat runoff from this area in <br />sediment pond /I003 without treating: <br />a. Runoff from the Colorado Ute fly ash pits, and <br />• b. Approximately 1,000 acres of undisturbed drainage area <br />above the proposed office location. <br />
