Damage to fish, wildlife and related environmental values; <br />and <br />b. Additional contributions of suspended solids to streamflows <br />or runoff outside of the permit area; <br />c. Diminution or degradation of water quality and quantity; <br />d. Erosion and siltation; <br />e. Air pollution; <br />f. Prevent damage to public on private property; and <br />g, Minimize damage, destruction or disruption of services <br />provided by oil, gas, and water wells; oil, gas, and coal slurry <br />pipelines; railroads, electric and telephone lines; water and <br />sewage lines which pass over, under, or through the permit <br />area, unless otherwise approved by the owner of those facili- <br />ties and the Division. <br />To accomplish the above PCC will take all precautions to only disturb that area needed <br />• for the office area and parking. Any additional exposed/disturbed area will be seeded. <br />2. (C) Erect a 44' x 60' pre-engineered extension to the existing main <br />building. This area would be used for indoor warehousing. <br />3. (E) Remodel existing Butler building to accomodate use as a welding <br />shop. " <br />4. (B) Refit existing main building for use as a mechanical repair shop. <br />S. (F) When available, remodel the building now occupied by Savage <br />Brothers Trucking for use as a preventive maintenance shop. Steam <br />cleaning and general maintenance would be performed in this area. <br />6. (G) Construct a 35' x 100' concrete pad with a drive through cold water, <br />high pressure truck wash. This facility would be located adjacent to the <br />existing water fill station near the Wadge Impoundment. Water for iher <br />truck wash would be pumped from the impoundment. Outflow from this <br />area would be returned to the Wadge Impoundment. Please refer to <br />Exhibit "12-2" for location of this structure. <br /> <br />
