Later the overburden will be placed in <br />' ~ excavated ground adjacent to the undisturbed su rfece until <br />i <br />• <br />the original surface level is progressively restored. <br />I Lessee covenants that the reclamation of excavated ground <br />' I shall promptly commence and shall diligently and progressively <br /> proceed to.the full extent that portions of the excavated <br />• ground have been filled to original surface levels. It is <br />'. ~ mutually understood and agreed that at any given time there <br />' may be active stripping operations, active dumping of ~~ <br /> 'overburden, areas where dumping of overburden has ceased and <br /> areas where reclamation is being carried on.
