Lessee shall also keep for each seam <br />.` being mined an accurate and complete map of the leased <br />premises and mine workings on a scale of 400 feet to the <br />inch, or other appropriate scales showing in addition to the <br />• ~ above mentioned information, the projection of the mine <br />• development and true, complete and correct copies ~of the <br />same shall be furnished to Lessor, without demand, within' <br />~ ._ <br />thirty (30) days after the first day of January and July of <br />~ eeeh yeas. The aforesaid map or copies thereof, together <br />! with surveys, and all available engineering records and <br />• ~ data, relative to the leased premises and mine workings, <br />r shall be delivered to end become the property of Lessor at <br />. the termination of this Lease for any cause whatsoever. <br />Lessor, its agents, engineers or other persons in its behalf, <br />shall at all reasonable times have access to the maps, plans <br />end tracings of the Lessee, prepared in connection with the <br />. operations of the Lessee hereunder, and may take therefrom <br />copies of such portions as may be desired. <br />ARTICLE 14 - Lessee to Cive Bond and Obtain Permit <br />Before beginning its mining operations on the <br />Property, the Lessee shall past the bond and pay the fees <br />required by law and shall obtain from the appropriate govern- <br />mental agency such permit or permits as are required by law <br />for carrying on mining. <br />- Z~ - (Rev. 5/86) <br />
