Lessee <br /> i <br />will notify Lessor when all of the mineable and merchantable <br /> leased coal (other than supporting pillars) shall have been <br />' mined and removed, and the provisions of this paragraph will <br /> i then apply. <br /> 1 ARTICLE 13 - Maps and Statements <br /> the Lessee shall employ an experienced and competent <br />• ~ engineer whose duty it shell be to make surveys on a true <br /> meridian end horizontal measurement basis, determine ele- <br /> vations by tidewater datum, prepare the plans and maps <br /> required hereunder, give directions and courses for ell <br /> entries, airv+ays, rooms and other mine workings and prepare <br /> and keep posted, on a scale~of one hundred (100) feet to one <br /> (1) inch, a map of the veins or seams of coal being mined by <br /> the Lessee by all methods of mining, which map shall be <br /> posted as of June 30 and December 31 of each year, and shall <br /> show accurately the boundaries of the Property and the areas <br /> being mined by Lessee, the total height and thickness of <br /> said coal, and the height of the coal seam worked, such <br />' heights to be taken and indicated at least two places in <br />- 19 - (Rev. 5/86) <br />
