<br />Section 780.11(b) Continued. <br />Designs and specifications for the ponds have been prepared by and <br />under the supervision of qualified registered professional engineers. <br />The detailed designs and specifications, including descriptions and <br />cross sections for all sedimentation ponds, are presented in Exhibit <br />42, Drainage and Sediment Control Plan. <br />Theoretical detention times required to treat a 10-year, 24-hour <br />precipitation event have been employed in the design of all <br />sedimentation ponds. As designed, there will be no outflow through <br />the emergency spillway of any pond during the passage of the runoff <br />resulting from a 10-year, 24-hour precipitation event or any lesser <br />event. Initial phases of construction for sedimentation pond <br />embankments will include clearing of all unstable material, grading <br />of all surfaces to not steeper than 1:1, and scarifying the entire <br />embankment surface.
